Professional Experience:
10+ years of progressive experience in agricultural development, including a minimum of 8 years dedicated specifically to international agricultural cooperation or technology exchange.
Proven experience representing government bodies at multilateral platforms such as the WTO, FAO, or similar global entities.
Strong knowledge of international donor agencies, global agricultural frameworks, and bilateral stakeholder engagement.

Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized national or international university. Professional qualifications like CA / ACCA with a focus on agriculture/policy are also eligible.

10+ years of professional experience in Agri-Finance, rural credit systems, crop insurance frameworks, or agri-policy development.
Proven track record of policy drafting and strategy design in collaboration with commercial banks, SBP (State Bank of Pakistan), SECP, or Digital Financial Services (DFS).
Expertise in managing public-private financing partnerships.

Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Agri-Export setups, export development strategies, agri-supply chain management, or value addition.
Strong working knowledge of internationally recognized sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) standards, codes of practice, and trade compliance.
Demonstrated experience in legislative drafting, policy formulation, and dealing with regulatory affairs governing trade mechanisms.
Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills.

Professional Experience:
At least 10 years of extensive advisory or consultancy experience in crop production improvement, market dynamics, and supply chain management, preferably within Pakistan.
Deep understanding of localized agricultural systems, risk trends, and specific interventions required for minor or high-value crops.
Experience conducting structured research, monitoring policy implementation, assessing price trends, and facilitating growers/processors in solving phytosanitary and trade challenges.
