SITUATION VACANT

The Ministry of National Food Security & Research (MNFSR) intends to engage highly qualified and experienced professionals for a PSDP-funded project titled “Project Planning and Development Unit (PPDU)”.
The project aims to support reform processes, knowledge management, PSDP project conception, development, monitoring, and evaluation.

Applications are invited for the following positions on a purely contract basis:

1 Digital Transformation & Analytical Consultant PPS-09 01 Master’s / M.Phil degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant field from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 08 years of professional experience in public, private, or development sector in IT, e-Governance, or IT industry. Preference will be given to candidates with full-stack development experience (MERN / MEAN stack). 25–55 years
2 Legal Consultant PPS-08 01 LLM from an HEC-recognized university, demonstrating expertise in legal principles, policies, and practices relevant to the position. Minimum 05 years of professional experience in public, private, corporate, or development sector in legal consultancy. 25–55 years
3 HR Assistant PPS-06 01 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 03 years of professional experience in public, private, corporate, or development sector in HR-related matters. 25–35 years
4 Account Assistant PPS-06 01 Bachelor’s degree in Accounts, Commerce, Finance, MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 03 years of relevant professional experience in public, private, corporate, or development sector in Admin / Finance. 25–35 years
5 Data Analyst PPS-06 01 Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 05 years of relevant professional experience in public, private, corporate, international, or development sector in data analysis. 25–35 years

Other Conditions & Requirements

  1. Appointments will be made on a purely contract basis with a lump-sum pay package till the project completion date, i.e., 30-06-2027.

  2. Interested candidates may apply online through the National Job Portal (NJP) at www.njp.gov.pk within 15 days of publication of this advertisement.

  3. Detailed job descriptions/functions are available on the National Job Portal.

  4. Degrees awarded after 16 years of education (post-intermediate) with admission requirement of Intermediate or equivalent (12 years schooling) shall be treated as equivalent to MA/MSc, as recognized by HEC.

  5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview, as applicable.

  6. Candidates already in Government Service must apply through proper channel, along with NOC from their parent organization, clearly stating length of service and other particulars.

  7. Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents at the time of interview.

  8. The Ministry of National Food Security & Research reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

  9. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.
