Situations Vacant – Endowment Fund (Contractual Positions)

The Economic Wing of the Ministry of National Food Security & Research maintains an Endowment Fund, established through foreign aid. The Ministry intends to hire qualified professionals on a purely contractual basis initially for one year, extendable subject to performance. These positions are non-permanent with no right to regularization.

3 Monitoring Officer (SPSS & STATA) PPS-7 / 157,500–252,000 1 30 16 years education in Agricultural Economics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent. Experience with SPSS and STATA statistical packages preferred.
4 Statistical Assistant PPS-5 / 70,000–112,000 1 25 Graduate/Bachelor’s degree with Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or Sociology as a major subject from a recognized university. Computer proficiency, especially in MS Office, preferred.
5 Assistant Accountant PPS-6 / 105,000–168,000 1 28 Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Commerce, Economics, or Statistics from HEC-recognized university. Computer proficiency preferred.
6 Computer Operator PPS-5 / 70,000–112,000 1 28 2nd Class/C-grade Master’s in Computer Science, IT or equivalent OR 2nd Class/C-grade Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or Computer Science with 1-year postgraduate diploma in Computer Science. Minimum 2 years experience in computer operations.
7 Communication Assistant PPS-5 / 70,000–112,000 1 25 Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism or equivalent.

Terms & Conditions

  1. All positions are contractual, non-permanent, time-bound, and non-transferable.

  2. Recruitment will follow the Establishment Division’s policy (O.M. No. F53/1/2008-SP dated 24.06.2024).

  4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
