The Bank of Punjab (BOP): Empowering Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) 2024

The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is committed to fostering Diversity & Inclusion in its workforce by providing an enabling environment for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) who aspire to build a fulfilling career in the Banking and Financial sector. This initiative encourages eligible candidates with diverse educational backgrounds from all over Pakistan to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
  • 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized institute (in Pakistan or abroad).

CGPA/Percentage Requirement

  • Minimum CGPA: 2.5 or at least 50% marks in the most recent qualification.

Age Limit (as of the advertisement date)

  • Maximum 27 years: For candidates with no or up to 1 year of experience.
  • Maximum 35 years: For candidates with more than 1 year of experience.

Mandatory Documentation

Applicants must submit the following:

  1. Valid NADRA CNIC confirming registration as a disabled person.
  2. Certificate of Disability clearly specifying the nature of the disability, issued by a relevant authority.
