Ministry of National Food Security & Research has been executing a World Bank funded Project viz. Locust Emergency & Food Security Project (LEAFS) having IDA credit number 6763-PK. The Project is aimed to strengthen the Department of Plant Protection to control Locust outbreak and other invasive pests, enhance the capacity of Provincial Plant Protection Departments, mitigate the negative social impacts associated with Pest attack and strengthen National Food Security Information System, for the said purpose the project intends to hire the services of following individual consultant having qualifications and experience mentioned below on contract basis:

National Project Director	Master's degree in HR management, Finance management, Business management, Project Management, Engineering, Agricultural Sciences or Economics from any HEC recognized or international university. Fifteen (15) years of post-qualification experience on managerial positions, including at least five (05) years of post- qualification experience in projects, in project leadership position. Additional qualifications or experience in the agriculture sector will be duly considered.	01
