Career Opportunities

NBP invites applications for the following positions in Risk Management and Collection Operations. Each role aims to enhance the bank's credit request procedures, compliance, data management, and operational efficiency.

Position 1: Collection Operations Manager (AVP/VP)

  • Locations: Faisalabad, Karachi, Peshawar

  • Reporting to: Head of Collection & Support

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and incorporate credit request statuses.
    • Prepare and review relevant documentation.
    • Ensure credit facilities comply with internal and external regulations.
    • Assist in internal audits and any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

  • Requirements:

    • Master’s degree preferred; minimum 4 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in data or project management.
    • Strong business acumen and data analysis skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and database reporting.
    • Ability to set and supervise collection targets, ensuring quality and compliance.

Position 2: MIS & Project Officer (OG-II/OG-I)

  • Location: Karachi

  • Reporting to: MIS Manager

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage data collection, storage, and reporting systems.
    • Create dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
    • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and security.
    • Monitor project timelines to ensure successful completion within deadlines.

  • Requirements:

    • Graduate from an HEC-recognized university; Master’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant role within banking or large-scale organizations.
    • Strong expertise in data analytics, MS Office, and project management.

Position 3: Legal Coordinator (OG-II/OG-I)

  • Location: Karachi

  • Reporting to: Legal Coordination Manager

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Support legal and collection teams by reviewing and updating on legal cases.
    • Attend court hearings as needed.
    • Coordinate with branch and regional offices for case follow-ups.

  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 4 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in collections or recovery.
    • Law degree (LLB) preferred.
    • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and MS Office proficiency.

Position 4: Field Collection Officer (OG-I/OG-II)

  • Location: Multiple Locations

  • Reporting to: Field Collection Manager

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct field visits to delinquent customers for debt recovery.
    • Maintain productivity records and prepare recovery reports.
    • Coordinate with the collections team for address verification and timely follow-ups.

  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, preferably in consumer or retail banking.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
