Position Details

01 Wing Head – Microsoft Administration & Systems Support (VP/SVP) Divisional Head – IT Infrastructure Contractual, 3 years (renewable at Management discretion)

Educational & Professional Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering OR

    • Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent from HEC-recognized local or international university/institute.

  • Preferred Certifications:

    • Microsoft Windows, VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent certifications.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 08 years of IT experience in 24/7 high-availability, multi-site production environments.

  • Strong understanding and hands-on expertise in:

    • Microsoft Active Directory

    • Exchange Server

    • System Center Products

    • VMware ESXi/vSphere and vRealize Operations & Automation

    • Endpoint Protection Solutions

    • Server Administration & Support

    • Patching & Disaster Recovery Operations, including storage area networks and redundant high-availability servers.

  • Proven ability to work within high-performing, cohesive teams.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong initiative, passion to learn, and ability to manage projects, procurement, and operational execution.

  • Expertise in automation, cost optimization, service quality improvement, and aligning IT trends with business objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Lead and implement the Microsoft Administration strategy and operational execution.

  2. Plan, lead, and execute IT projects, including procurement.

  3. Identify opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvements.

  4. Provide vision for system services, innovation, and leveraging IT trends to create business value aligned with NBP goals.

  5. Participate in the formulation of enterprise architecture and business system plans, assessing cost, feasibility, and strategic alignment.

  6. Perform complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades, and operational troubleshooting.

  7. Lead the delivery of 24/7 service operations ensuring KPI compliance.

  8. Perform any other assignments as delegated by supervisors.

Selection Process
