As part of its strategy to strengthen its operations, NBP is seeking talented, dedicated, and experienced professionals for the following positions:
Place of Posting: Regional Offices
Minimum Graduation from a recognized local or international university/college.
Preference may be given to candidates with a Master’s degree.
Minimum 3 years of banking experience, with exposure to commercial and corporate banking.
Sound knowledge of commercial financing, credit administration, and review of documentation.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance, including DAC (Disbursement Authorization Certificate) requirements.
Ability to supervise credit maintenance, perform analysis of portfolio reports, and conduct inspections of pledged shares and collateral.
Conduct supervisory inspections of pledged shares and collaterals.
Monitor and supervise credit maintenance and portfolio reports.
Implement bank policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Recommend exemptions or approvals where required, subject to competent authority authorization.
Place of Posting: Regional / Branch Offices
Minimum Graduation from a recognized local or international university/college.
Preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in collections or banking support operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of collection systems, strategies, and banking operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and other office software.
Oversee collection operations and support functions for retail and program lending.
Ensure timely recovery and accurate record-keeping.
Implement collection strategies effectively to minimize overdue accounts.
Place of Posting: Regional Offices
Minimum Graduation from a recognized local or international university/college.
Minimum 2–3 years of banking experience, preferably in SME or commercial banking.
Knowledge of credit administration, commercial SME financing, and review of credit documentation.
Ability to assist in preparation and monitoring of Sanction Advice Facility Offers.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Assist in preparation of CAD-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with sanctioned credit limits.
Perform any other assignments as delegated by supervisors.
