State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites applications from capable, proactive, and dynamic professionals for its nationwide operations against the following contractual positions. Appointments will be made initially for a period of two (02) years, further extendable on satisfactory performance and mutual consent.

Interested candidates possessing the required qualification, experience, and age may apply as detailed below:


1. Manager

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Place of Posting: Karachi

Qualification & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresh
    OR

  • FCMA / FCCA with at least 05 years of post-qualification experience

  • Strong working knowledge of IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of Internal Audit / Risk-Based Audit processes

  • Ability to plan and complete audit engagements effectively and efficiently

  • Leadership skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to report fraud, errors, or misstatements in a classified manner

  • Ability to work effectively in diverse and inclusive teams

  • Knowledge and understanding of corporate laws and SECP rules

  • Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

  • Knowledge of Companies Act, 2017 and Insurance Ordinance, 2000

  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and competing priorities


2. Deputy Manager

  • Number of Posts: 03

  • Place of Posting: Karachi

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Finance / Accounting
    OR

  • MBA (Finance) / M.Com / ACMA / ACCA or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university

  • Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of Internal Audit / Risk-Based Audit processes

  • Ability to conduct audit engagements effectively

  • Excellent report-writing skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Knowledge of corporate laws, SECP rules, Companies Act 2017, and Insurance Ordinance 2000

  • Good working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Office


3. Assistant Manager

  • Place of Posting:

    • Karachi – 02

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Finance / Accounting
    OR

  • MBA (Finance) / M.Com / ACMA / ACCA or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university

  • Fresh candidates may apply; preferably 01 year of post-qualification experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of Internal Audit / Risk-Based Audit processes

  • Ability to conduct audit engagements efficiently

General Information

  • Maximum age limit: 45 years for all positions

  • Candidates must possess domicile of the respective province for the position applied

  • Degrees must be obtained from HEC-recognized institutions/universities

  • State Life Insurance Corporation strictly follows the Federal Government Quota Policy, including women, minorities, and persons with disabilities

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview

  • No TA/DA shall be admissible

  • Government employees must apply through proper channel after obtaining NOC from their parent department
