Eligibility Criteria

1. Academic Qualification

• A minimum Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) or equivalent in any of the following disciplines:
  ? Banking & Finance
  ? Accounting
  ? Economics
  ? Commerce
  ? Business Administration/Management
  ? Human Resources
  ? Marketing
  ? Or any related discipline

• Degree must be from an HEC-recognized local or foreign institute.

• Result awaiting candidates may also apply, subject to submission of final transcript/result by or before August 15, 2025.

2. Academic Performance

• A minimum of 3.0 CGPA out of 4.0, or

• At least 75% overall marks, or

• An equivalent academic score.

3. Age Limit

• Maximum age of 27 years as of the last date of application.

4. Work Experience

• Not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

5. Internal Applicants

• Employees currently working at BOP who meet the above eligibility criteria may also apply.
