Our client, a Karachi-based organization, is looking to appoint experienced professionals for the following Junior Management roles. These are full-time positions offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic business environment.


??? JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION – OPERATIONS

Description:
This role is responsible for managing daily operational functions, including sales fulfillment, inventory, logistics, and customer service. The incumbent ensures operational efficiency and compliance with company SOPs and HSE standards across all sites.

Details:

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and supervise operations staff (warehouse managers, field teams).

    • Manage sales fulfillment, inventory, logistics, and distribution.

    • Ensure implementation and adherence to SOPs.

    • Monitor operational performance and create reports (inventory, logistics, maintenance).

    • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues.

    • Conduct risk assessments and suggest process improvements.

    • Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.

    • Organize and deliver staff training sessions (safety, customer service, equipment handling).

    • Handle other tasks as assigned by management.

  • Education:

    • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s degree.

    • Preferred fields: Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related discipline.

    • Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university or an equivalent foreign institution.

  • Experience:

    • 3–4 years of professional experience in operations and project management.

    • At least 1–2 years in a junior management capacity, preferably within a large national/multinational organization.

Description:
This position leads the marketing, sales, and customer engagement functions, ensuring effective brand positioning and achieving business growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and train marketing, sales, and engagement teams.

    • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.

    • Set monthly/annual sales targets and monitor progress.

    • Manage campaigns, promotions, and brand development.

    • Build strong relationships with corporate/institutional clients.

    • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitors.

    • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations) for pricing, development, and improvements.

Description:
The role involves managing SAP-related operations, ensuring accuracy in financial and sales data, and supporting forecasting, compliance, invoice handling, and procurement through system-based solutions.

Details:

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage SAP transactions for sales, procurement, and finance.

    • Ensure data accuracy across platforms.

    • Reconcile SAP with internal systems.

    • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial reports.

    • Oversee invoice posting, tracking, and payment.

    • Ensure compliance and maintain internal controls.
