Lead the organization from early formation to full development

Lead development of:
Wholesale electricity market framework
System operations reform
Integrated power system planning
Manage:
Scheduling, dispatch, and settlement systems
Ensure:
Grid reliability
Market transparency
Lead digital transformation
Implement:
EMS/SCADA systems
Data analytics tools
AI-based forecasting systems
Ensure compliance with:
Government of Pakistan regulations
NEPRA framework
Establish governance systems aligned with global standards
Coordinate with:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in:
Engineering
Energy Systems
Economics
Business Administration
Finance / Accounting
Law or related field
Degree must be from an HEC recognized institution
Minimum 20 years in power/energy sector
At least 5 years in senior leadership roles
Strong knowledge of:
Regulatory frameworks
Legal systems
Energy economics
Excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills
Expertise in:
Power system operations
Electricity markets
Transmission systems
Experience with:
Institutional reforms
Large technical organizations
Familiarity with:
ISO / RTO / System Operator models
International standards (ENTSO-E, NERC)
Contract Duration:
