Project Management & Operations – Quick Commerce

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team in a Project Management & Operations role within the Quick Commerce division. This position focuses on driving growth, improving customer experience, and optimizing operational performance.


Position: Project Management – Quick Commerce

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution within the quick commerce function.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, and product management.

  • Review project drawings, specifications, and operational plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to management.

  • Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency.

  • Optimize product assortment and service offerings to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Support marketplace management and oversee daily operational activities.

  • Drive performance improvements through data analysis and strategic planning.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
    (Master’s degree preferred.)

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in quick commerce, supply chain, marketplace management, or related operations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in reporting, process improvement, and performance monitoring.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
