In line with its strategic objectives, the Bank is seeking highly motivated, confident, and career-oriented female professionals to join its Human Resource Management team as HR Officer (OG–III).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Education / Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

  • Preference will be given to candidates possessing a Master’s degree and/or HR certifications.

Age:

  • Maximum 35 years (as on the last date of application submission).

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Candidates having up to 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resource Management will be preferred.


OUTLINE OF MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including but not limited to:

  • Talent acquisition and management

  • Learning and development programs

  • Performance management and rewards

  • Compensation and benefits administration

  • HR relationship management with business functions

  • Organizational effectiveness initiatives

  • HR governance and legal compliance

  • Monitoring and updating HR databases and systems to ensure data accuracy

  • Coordinating HR projects and initiatives

  • Preparing various HR-related reports and responding to internal/external queries

  • Staying updated with modern HR practices and market trends

  • Performing any other tasks assigned by supervisors


OTHER KNOWLEDGE / COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Effective team player with a collaborative mindset

  • Service-oriented attitude and professionalism

  • Solid understanding of HR principles and functions

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  3. Selection Process:

    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a mandatory online test.

    • Further stages may include a group discussion and panel interview.

    • Candidates will be evaluated strictly on merit based on the defined eligibility criteria.

  4. Additional Information:

    • Applications received after the due date, or incomplete/false in nature, will be rejected.

    • No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview participation.

    • Selected candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis for 3 years, renewable at the discretion of management.

    • Upon selection, candidates must serve at their initial place of posting for at least three (03) years. No transfer requests will be entertained.

    • The Bank reserves the right to reject or accept any application without assigning any reason.
