Position Job Summary/Major Responsibilities General Eligibility Criteria
Head of Strategy Coordination & Business Planning (Grade: SUP to EVP-l) (Location: Lahore) The incumbent shall be responsible for coordination of corporate strategy, revision/alignment of strategy/business plans across the Bank, ensuring a strong understanding of the external environment to inform strategic choices. Leading the Business Planning Division and working with other groups of the Bank, providing expertise, tools, insight and partnering to develop strategies/Business Plans.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Lead Business Planning division of the Bank and coordinate to develop and/or revise Corporate Strategy/ Business Plans.
  • Coordinate with senior management to devise/revise effective short and long-term Corporate Strategic/ business plans.
  • Facilitate execution of the Strategy by working collaboratively with the other functions and ensuring that the strategy is clearly communicated and understood throughout the Bank.
  • Ensure that appropriate metrics are in place to measure performance and progress towards strategic goals.
  • Ensure strategic actions are completed at various levels to achieve desired results.
  • Ensure strong follow-up with respective functions to ensure timelines are met without any negligence/delay.
  • Ensure performance review meetings are conducted monthly/quarterly to keep track of the performance and progress.
  • Ensure effective team management, learning & development. mentoring / coaching of Business Planning team.
 Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University/ Foreign University Preference shall given to candidates having Master's Degree.
Experience: Minimum 09 Years of banking experience with 03 years in similar function.
Age: Upto 55 Years as of December 26, 2021.
