Position: Head of Marketing Strategy & Branding

Grade: SVP/EVP-I
Location: Lahore

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand identity and market positioning.
  • Formulate and execute marketing plans in alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate effectively with business teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of brand strategies with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the execution of both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns, including social media.
  • Spearhead the launch and management of campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging across all channels.
  • Drive the creation of diverse content types, including articles, videos, infographics, and social media content, to support brand initiatives and engage target audiences effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, from an HEC recognized University or a foreign university.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in managing strategy teams and strategic initiatives.

Age:

  • Up to 55 years as of November 24, 2024.
