?? 1. Head Business Department – SVP-I / SVP

No. of Positions: 01
Experience: Minimum 12 years in Islamic Banking
Qualification: Bachelor's degree (minimum) from HEC-recognized national/international university

Key Responsibilities:

Lead marketing of Islamic Banking products and services to meet business targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with Regional and Branch management to grow customer base and improve revenue performance.

Oversee booking of assets and liabilities, and execution of business development plans.

Conduct gap analysis for new/existing branches, windows, and processes.

Promote ZTBL Islamic Banking brand within and outside the organization.

Prepare and review periodic performance reports of Islamic Banking branches/windows.

Ensure high service quality delivery in line with regulations and internal standards.

Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

?? 2. Islamic Banking Operations – VP-I / VP

No. of Positions: 01
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Islamic Banking
Qualification: Bachelor's degree (minimum) from HEC-recognized national/international university

Key Responsibilities:

Address compliance, Shariah, and audit observations; implement system-based controls.

Manage branch/window lifecycle (opening, relocation, closure) as per Bank and SBP policies.

Drive capacity-building through HR development aligned with future IB needs.

Guide regional and branch teams in operational activities supporting strategic growth.

Coordinate with all Islamic Banking departments and other divisions.

Liaise with Regional Operations Managers for daily issue resolution.

Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

?? 3. Manager Islamic Banking Finance – VP-I / VP

No. of Positions: 01
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Islamic Banking
Qualification: Bachelor's degree (minimum) from HEC-recognized national/international university

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Islamic Banking financial statements and ensure proper accounting.

Oversee recording of transactions, reporting, pool management, and P&L distribution.

Ensure compliance with regulatory disclosure and reporting requirements.

Manage funds transfer with IB branches/treasury and oversee fixed asset matters.

Finalize and update profit rates on deposits and financing.

Scrutinize daily affairs and manage depositors’ pools (general & special).

Monitor inter-pool asset transfers.

Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

?? 4. Shariah Scholar / Product & Policy Management – AVP / UAVP

No. of Positions: 01
Experience:

Minimum 8 years in Islamic Banking or in relevant teaching/research roles.

Preference for candidates with Takhasus fil Fiqh / Ifta, which may count toward experience.

Qualification (any one of the following):

Shahadat ul Aalamiyyah (Dars-e-Nizami) with minimum 70% marks + Bachelor's degree (minimum 2nd class), OR

Postgraduate Degree in Kuliyyatush Shariah / Usooluddin / L.L.M. (Shariah) with minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Shariah compliance in all products, policies, procedures, and manuals.

Conduct Shariah-based research and development.

Liaise with Shariah Board for approvals of new products and procedures.

Coordinate with SBP and other departments on Shariah-compliant processes.

Perform any other tasks related to Shariah compliance or regulatory obligations.

General Eligibility Criteria:

Maximum Age Limits (as on application deadline):

VP-I / VP / SVP-I / SVP: 55 years

AVP-I / AVP: 45 years

Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills required.
