Position:
Chief Information Officer (CIO) – EVP/SEVP (Contractual)

Position Type:
Contractual (initial 5-year term, extendable based on performance)

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in IT/technology leadership roles.

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology programs.

  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute/university (national or international).

Main Duties / Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Bank-wide IT and Digital strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Provide insights into the digital ecosystem, customer expectations, and technology trends.

  • Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, Enterprise Technology Governance, and Risk Management frameworks.

  • Formulate IT and Digital banking policies, driving cost optimization and vendor performance.

  • Oversee IT services delivery, operations management, and seamless IT systems implementation.

  • Build and lead a high-performing IT & Digital team.

  • Orchestrate IT infrastructure transformation and enhance service delivery models.

  • Develop and execute the Disaster Recovery Plan in line with the Bank's BCP.

  • Manage IT service level agreements with service providers.

  • Ensure cybersecurity, information security, and quality assurance.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Eligibility & Application Guidelines
