1. Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange Administrator

Grade: AVP / AVP
No. of Positions: 01
Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant professional experience
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized Institute/University (National or International)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Microsoft Servers including Windows Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server, and Domain Controllers.

  • Configure and maintain server clusters to ensure high availability and failover support for both production and disaster recovery sites.

  • Administer Microsoft Exchange Server, including user mailboxes, distribution lists, email routing, and security configurations.

  • Manage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including user accounts, security groups, permissions, and Group Policies.

  • Install, configure, and manage antivirus solutions to ensure server and data security.

  • Implement regular patching and system updates to maintain security and operational stability.

  • Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) plans, including backup strategies, data replication, and failover procedures.

  • Enforce security policies, access controls, and server hardening measures.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of server configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

  • Provide technical support to end-users and assist in staff training related to server operations and best practices.

2. IT Support Services Engineer (End User Support)

Grade: OG-II

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor ITSM applications for resolution of IT issues as Level-I support and maintain incident records/tickets.

  • Configure and manage office software on end-user systems.

  • Install, configure, and upgrade Windows/Linux operating systems.

  • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.

  • Diagnose and resolve system and network-related hardware or software issues.

  • Prepare technical procedures and written instructions for system setup, repair, and testing of new technologies.

  • Provide field support and communicate solutions to end-users.

  • Support application configuration and monitor operational status.

  • Facilitate implementation and rollout of IT initiatives.

  • Bridge banking operations with technology by translating business requirements into secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

  • Perform business analysis, solution architecture design, and system integration for core banking and enterprise applications.

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, API integrations, and legacy system modernization.

  • Deliver high-performance, reliable, and business-aligned technology solutions.

  • Coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.

4. Infrastructure Security Administrator

Grade: AVP / AVP

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, manage, and monitor enterprise antivirus and EDR platforms (e.g., Trend Micro, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike).

  • Block Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) such as IPs, domains, and file hashes through firewalls, antivirus systems, and DNS filters.

  • Implement Windows/Linux server hardening using CIS and NIST benchmarks.

  • Manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and access control lists.

  • Ensure timely patch management of operating systems, firmware, and third-party applications.

  • Enforce security baselines across servers, workstations, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments.

  • Implement MFA, RBAC, and secure onboarding/offboarding processes.

  • Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) from a security perspective.

  • Perform any other task assigned by management.


5. Database Administrator (Oracle, MS SQL & MySQL)

Grade: AVP / AVP

Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of relevant professional experience
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized Institute/University (National or International)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform database administration and performance analysis for hosts and databases.

  • Manage Oracle (RAC/Single Instance), MS SQL Server, and MySQL databases.

  • Assist in database upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.

  • Perform database tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting.

  • Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions including RMAN, Active Data Guard, and GoldenGate.

  • Handle installation, patching, and security of Oracle databases.

  • Perform Linux administration and shell scripting.

  • Execute any other task assigned by management.


6. Switch & Payment Applications Support Officer

Grade: AVP / AVP

Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of relevant professional experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain, and upgrade switch and payment systems.

  • Provide 24/7 support for digital banking channels and payment platforms.

  • Manage incidents, user roles, logs, and test environments.

  • Administer integrations such as card issuing/acquiring, EMV, HSM, and CBS.

  • Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, PCI-DSS, ISO standards, and ATM security protocols.

  • Configure and integrate new ATMs, manage alerts, IRFT/Biller interfaces, and DR drills.

  • Collaborate with QA and Information Security teams to enhance system security.

  • Enforce encryption, PCI compliance, and access controls.

  • Perform any other task assigned by management.


7. Data Engineer

Grade: OG-II

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design relational data models and data warehouses.

  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Oracle tools or SQL-based frameworks.

  • Build optimized star/snowflake schemas for BI and analytics.

  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI (Tableau experience is a plus).

  • Work with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud, Azure, or AWS.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and governance standards.

  • Maintain documentation including data dictionaries, flow diagrams, and catalogs.

  • Automate data processes and implement version control and testing.

  • Deliver Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions for evolving business needs.

  • Perform any other task assigned by management.


Eligibility / Ineligibility Criteria

    • VP: 50 years

    • AVP: 45 years

    • OG-II: 35 years
