1. Head Project Unit – SAM (Islamabad) (AVP-I/AVP)

Number of Positions: 1

Experience Required:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in banking or financial institutions.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution/university (national or international).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement region-specific strategies for recovery of overdue and infected loan portfolios.

2. Design and execute a strategic plan to maximize recovery while ensuring regulatory compliance of branches under jurisdiction.

3. Supervise field teams and ensure timely follow-up on defaulted accounts.

4. Proactively identify and assess risks associated with delinquent accounts.

5. Ensure comprehensive knowledge and application of recovery procedures and regulations.

6. Prepare and present loan portfolio reports to management.

7. Coordinate with legal teams for cases under litigation, including recovery through courts or other legal means.

8. Perform any other task assigned by management.

2. Regional Manager Recovery – Interior Sindh/Baluchistan (VP-I/VP)

Number of Positions: 1

Experience Required:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in banking or financial institutions.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution/university (national or international).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement region-specific recovery strategies for overdue/infected portfolios.

2. Ensure strategic plans maximize recovery and comply with regulatory standards.

3. Supervise field teams and follow up on defaulted accounts.

4. Conduct field visits of customers with overdue loans to secure recovery.

5. Track overdue accounts and initiate timely recovery actions according to bank guidelines.

6. Liaise with legal authorities, local administration, and law enforcement agencies.

7. Train and build capacity of branch staff on recovery procedures and early warning systems.

8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and recovery procedures.

9. Perform any other task assigned by management.

3. Head NPL Monitoring – Interior Sindh/Baluchistan (VP/SVP/USVP)

Number of Positions: 1

Experience Required:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in banking or financial institutions.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution/university (national or international).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor overdue accounts and initiate timely recovery actions as per regulatory and bank guidelines.

2. Develop and implement strategies for recovery of overdue and infected portfolios.

3. Supervise field teams and ensure follow-up on defaulted accounts.

4. Conduct field visits to secure recovery/collection from delinquent accounts.

5. Proactively identify and assess risks associated with delinquent accounts.

6. Coordinate with legal teams for cases under litigation.

7. Liaise with local administration and law enforcement agencies.

8. Train and build capacity among branch staff on recovery procedures and systems.

9. Ensure monitoring and implementation of strategic plans.

10. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

11. Perform any other task assigned by management.

Age Limits:

• SVP/USVP: Maximum 55 years

• VP-I/VP: Maximum 50 years

• AVP-I/AVP: Maximum 45 years
