CAREER OPPORTUNITY

POSITION AVAILABLE

Branch Manager (OG-I / AVP / AVP) – Across Pakistan, including AJK and GB

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, including at least 1 year as a Branch Manager.

  • Each candidate must specify 3 cities/towns for potential placement, one of which must include a previous posting location.

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution (national or international).

  • Maximum Age Limit: 45 years (as of the closing date).

Key Responsibilities

  • Mobilization of deposits and expansion of agricultural credit.

  • Recovery of regular and non-performing loans.

  • Supervision of branch services and operations.

  • Ensuring compliance with e-KYC and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical abilities.

  • High level of adaptability, teamwork, and leadership.

Ineligibility Criteria

  • Individuals convicted by any court of law are not eligible.
