CAREER OPPORTUNITY

POSITION AVAILABLE

Branch Manager (OG-I / AVP / AVP) – Across Pakistan, including AJK and GB

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, including at least 1 year as a Branch Manager.
Each candidate must specify 3 cities/towns for potential placement, one of which must include a previous posting location.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution (national or international).
Maximum Age Limit: 45 years (as of the closing date).

Key Responsibilities

Mobilization of deposits and expansion of agricultural credit.
Recovery of regular and non-performing loans.
Supervision of branch services and operations.
Ensuring compliance with e-KYC and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities.
High level of adaptability, teamwork, and leadership.

Ineligibility Criteria

Individuals convicted by any court of law are not eligible.
