Work Schedule: 8-hour rotational shifts
Candidates must possess one of the following:
Associate Degree in Hospitality & Tourism, OR
Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in hospitality, tourism, or client handling, OR
Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism
Note: Qualifications must be obtained from reputed, recognized, and well-established universities/institutes.
The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for:
Managing front-line operations at designated railway stations
Providing travel information and managing passengers/clients
Addressing passenger concerns and facilitating a welcoming environment
Coordinating with station staff to enhance service delivery and improve the passenger experience
Maximum Age: 30 years
Contract Duration: Two (2) years, extendable on an annual basis subject to performance.
Salary:
As per the Standard Pay Package by Finance Division (dated 18th April 2022)
OR Rs. 60,000/- per month, whichever is higher
Experience: Relevant experience will be given preferential weightage.
Age Relaxation: Permissible under Government Policy.
Quota: Applicable as per Government reservation policies.
Government Employees: Must apply through proper channel along with a departmental NOC.
Document Authenticity: Submission of forged or false documents will lead to disqualification and legal action.

Training Requirement:
Selected candidates must undergo mandatory short training courses organized by Pakistan Railways.
Bond Agreement:
Successful candidates must sign a bond (on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 200/- with one surety)
The bond ensures reimbursement of all training, pay, and related expenses in cases of resignation, absenteeism, or failure to complete training/probation.
Right to Reject:
Pakistan Railways Headquarters reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning a reason.
