Available Positions

1. Head – Card & Digital Banking Operations

Grade: Band IV
Location: Lahore

Job Summary / Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Card & Digital Banking Operations
  • Establish relationships with financial institutions and fintech partners for business growth
  • Ensure operational support for:
    • System enhancements
    • Migrations
    • Technology upgrades
  • Oversee:
    • Payment schemes (local & international)
    • Financial settlements and reconciliations
    • ATM and branchless banking operations
  • Manage:
    • Cards portfolio and merchant acquiring
    • Dispute resolution and chargeback processes
  • Develop and update operational manuals, SOPs, and policies
  • Lead team building and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification:
    Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 12 years of banking experience
    • Preference for candidates with 8+ years in relevant roles (cards/digital banking)
  • Age Limit:
    Up to 55 years

2. Unit Head – Credit Cards & Acquiring Operations

Location: Lahore

Job Summary / Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of card products (credit, debit, prepaid)
  • Oversee:
    • POS and E-commerce transaction channels
    • Payment processing systems
  • Design and implement high-volume operational frameworks
  • Ensure 100% financial accuracy through automated reconciliation systems
  • Maintain a zero-tolerance compliance environment
  • Lead audit remediation and implement long-term system improvements
  • Drive infrastructure enhancement and portfolio growth
  • Ensure adherence to local and international regulations
  • Possess strong understanding of:
    • Charge cards
    • Prepaid cards lifecycle
    • Digital payment systems

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification:
    Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institution
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of banking operations experience
    • Preference for candidates with leadership roles in cards & payments
  • Age Limit:
    Up to 55 years
