HIRING OF FINTECH PROFESSIONALS

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is currently seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join the Management cadre for its F&A Division. Junior to Mid-Level positions are offered in the F&A Division. Successful candidates will work in a high-impact fintech field.

JOB PURPOSE

Support the development and implementation of an integrated digital E-Vouching module with finance-related applications, improving financial processes, enhancing reporting, and ensuring seamless integration.

POSITION DETAILS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Qualification

• Option 1: MBA/M.Com (Finance/Fintech) or equivalent postgraduate degree in Finance/Accounting; OR

• Option 2: Bachelor's/Master's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Candidates possessing qualifications in both Finance and Information Technology shall be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 05 years of professional experience (relevant).

• Hands-on experience in Oracle APEX application development, including Dynamic Actions, packages, and triggers.

• Experience designing and developing REST/ RESTful APIs, including integration with external banking, payment systems, and regulatory systems.

• Exposure to financial modules such as Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, Budgeting, or Tax.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle APEX, Oracle Database and PL/SQL

• Data Modeling

• REST API Development

• Financial Systems/ERP

• Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools

• Data analytics and process automation

• SQL & Data Modeling

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design and maintain Oracle APEX applications for the Central Accounting Unit.

2. Support the implementation of banking integration solutions, including 1Link and PRISM payment and collection systems.

3. Participate in the development and management of Budget, Final Accounts, and Tax modules.

4. Gather and document business requirements and translate them into system specifications.

5. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for management and regulatory reporting.

6. Coordinate with Finance, IT, External Vendors, and banking partners for system integration and enhancements.

7. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support activities.

8. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory and accounting requirements.
