Position Available:

Department Head - Correspondent Banking (Grade: SVP/EVP-I)
Location: Karachi

Job Summary/Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop and approve product/service structures through correspondent banking platforms.
  • Source trade and guarantee business from both bank and non-bank clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Corporate, CAD, Legal, trade, branches) to ensure smooth product delivery and effective risk management.
  • Track income, volume, and clientele data to refine strategies.
  • Assist the Head of FIs & CB in process improvements and audits.
  • Lead marketing and sales campaigns to expand the correspondent banking portfolio.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost the correspondent banking portfolio.
  • Drive income growth by generating leads through both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regularly report on progress, marketing, and income to the Head of FIs & CB.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university.
  • Experience: At least 08 years of banking experience, with preferably 06 years in a similar role.
  • Age: Up to 55 years as of February 12, 2025.
