CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Applications are invited for positions under the project titled:
“Establishment of Business Development and HR Support Unit, Pakistan Railways”.
Appointments will be made purely on a contract basis under the Project Pay Scale (PPS) system.

Position Details

1. Customer Facilitation Manager (Female)

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Pay Scale: PPS-06

  • Place of Posting: Lahore

  • Age Limit: 22–35 years

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related discipline

  • Minimum 16 years of education

  • Degrees must be recognized by PEC/HEC (as applicable)

Experience & Job Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in customer service, marketing, or public engagement

  • Prior experience in field-based roles, especially in public dealing, travel, or service-oriented sectors, will be preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds

  • Pleasant personality with customer-centric attitude and professional appearance

  • Confident, polite demeanor with problem-solving abilities

  • Analytical mindset to observe field situations and prepare actionable feedback or reports for management

  • Proficiency in using computers and mobile applications for passenger services

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic environments

General Instructions:

  1. Contract Terms: Appointments are on a one-year contract, extendable based on performance or until project completion.

  2. Salary: As per Standard Pay Package issued by Finance Division (18th April 2022) and amendments.

  3. Experience Consideration: Only post-qualification experience will be considered.

  4. Foreign Degrees: Equivalency certificate from HEC/PEC is required for foreign degrees.

  5. Age Relaxation: Maximum age includes applicable relaxations.

  6. Government Employees: Must apply through proper channel with departmental NOC.

  7. Forgery Clause: Submission of false or forged documents will lead to disqualification and legal action.

  8. Application Submission: Apply online via National Job Portal within 15 days of advertisement.

  9. Incomplete/Delayed Applications: Applications submitted late or incomplete will not be entertained.

  10. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  11. TA/DA: Not admissible for test/interview.

  12. Selection Rights: Pakistan Railways reserves the right to select, reject, or not fill any position without assigning reason.
