Subject: Hiring of Consulting Firm for Business Plan Development and Socio-Economic Impact Assessment

1. Project Overview

The Pakistan Industrial Technical Assistance Centre (PITAC) intends to hire a consulting firm to:

  • Devise a comprehensive Business Plan for PITAC.

  • Conduct a Socio-Economic Impact Assessment and Third-Party Review of PITAC services.

2. Important Dates

  • Issue Date: 24 June 2025

  • Closing Date & Time: 17 July 2025, 11:00 AM

  • Opening of Bids: Same day at 11:30 AM

3. Eligibility Criteria

  • Bidding is open to firms registered with Income & Sales Tax authorities.

  • Bidders must comply with all requirements set out in the official bidding documents.

4. Submission Method

  • Bids must be submitted electronically through the Federal PPRA EPADS web portal: http://eprocure.gov.pk

  • Manual (paper-based) bids will not be accepted.
