CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC)

TUSDEC, established by the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, is mandated to upgrade technology and skills of strategic industrial clusters across the country.

TUSDEC intends to hire progressive and dynamic professionals for its Head Office and projects (SCDS & IDAC). The following positions are Lahore-based and offered on a contractual basis.

Available Positions

1. Manager – SCOS

No. of Positions: 01
Pay Scale: PPS-8

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management,
    OR

  • B.Tech / DAE (relevant discipline)

Experience:

  • Minimum 08 years of relevant experience,
    OR

  • 12 years of experience in Project Management

Age Limit: 29–40 years

2. Manager – OAC

Pay Scale: PPS-8

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering

  • Qualification in Business Administration or Project Management will be an added advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in Project Management

Age Limit: 29–40 years

3. Assistant Manager – DAC

No. of Positions: 01

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences

Experience:

  • Minimum 03 years of relevant experience

Age Limit: 25–32 years

4. Associate – TUG

Qualification:

  • At least 16 years of education or relevant technical degree in
    Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields

Experience:

  • Minimum 01 year of relevant experience

Age Limit: 23–30 years

5. Management Trainee – TUG

Qualification:

  • Relevant educational background in technical or management disciplines

Experience:

  • Fresh candidates or up to 01 year of relevant experience
