?? 1. Cash/Recovery Officer (OG–II to OG–I)

Place of Posting:

Multiple Locations (To be decided based on business requirements)

Reporting To:

Regional Recovery Manager / Departmental Head

Educational/Professional Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (minimum) preferably in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline from a HEC-recognized university/institution.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in recovery operations, loan portfolio management, negotiation with defaulters, and related areas.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

Familiarity with recovery laws, loan restructuring, and non-performing loan management.

Experience in handling SME, Commercial, Agri, Consumer, and Islamic Banking portfolios.

Sound understanding of recovery procedures, regulatory compliance, and legal frameworks.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure achievement of recovery targets set by management.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for follow-up on overdue accounts.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Employment Type:

Contractual – initially for three (3) years, extendable based on performance and business need.


?? 2. Head of Fraud Management (VP / SVP Level)

Place of Posting:

Head Office – Karachi

Reporting To:

Group Chief – Risk & Fraud Management

Educational/Professional Qualification:

Master’s degree or higher in Data Sciences, Risk Management, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.

Certifications in Fraud Examination, Risk Management, or Data Analytics will be preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in fraud management, risk assessment, or financial crime prevention.

Required Skills/Expertise:

Strong command over fraud detection systems, data-driven decision-making, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills.

Knowledge of cybersecurity threats, digital banking risks, and forensic investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Fraud Risk Management function at the enterprise level.

Oversee fraud prevention, detection, and response strategies.

Implement fraud analytics tools and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Liaise with internal departments and regulatory bodies on fraud cases and reporting.

Employment Type:

Contractual – for three (3) years, renewable based on performance.


?? 3. Merchant Acquiring & Digital Acceptance Lead (VP Level)

Place of Posting:

Head Office – Karachi

Reporting To:

Group Head – Digital Banking

Educational/Professional Qualification:

Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, E-commerce, Fintech, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Merchant Acquiring, POS Management, or Digital Payments Acceptance.

Required Skills/Expertise:

Deep understanding of merchant acquiring landscape, POS networks, e-commerce ecosystems, and RAAST.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and anti-fraud controls.

Experience in stakeholder management, partner onboarding, and strategy development for merchant expansion.

Strong data analysis, budgeting, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to grow the merchant payment acceptance business.

Lead acquiring solutions for POS, RAAST, and other payment-based platforms.

Oversee operational performance, partner engagement, and fraud risk mitigation.

Drive innovation in digital payment solutions and customer experience.

Employment Type:

Contractual – for three (3) years, extendable based on performance.
