Position Details

  • Job Title: Branch Manager (OG-I / AVP)

  • Location: Across Pakistan including AJK and GB

  • Type: Full-Time

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized national or international institute/university.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of banking experience, including 1 year as a Branch Manager.

  • Candidates must specify three (3) cities/towns for preferred placement, one of which must be a previous posting location.

Age Limit

  • Maximum age: 45 years as of the closing date for application submission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agricultural Credit Expansion

  • Recovery of Loans – Both regular and non-performing

  • Deposit Mobilization

  • Supervision of Services and Operations

  • EKYC and Regulatory Compliance

Additional Information

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

Remuneration

  • Market-competitive salary package.
