Job Description:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of branch operations and performance. The role demands a strong understanding of modern banking practices, customer service, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise overall branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Drive branch sales targets through effective marketing and promotional activities.

Develop and grow customer base through strong relationship management.

Promote the bank’s retail and consumer products, including deposits, loans, and digital banking.

Oversee risk management, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Monitor competition and implement strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Support new product launches and ensure front-line readiness.

Assess training needs and provide guidance for team development.

Ensure superior customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing a bank branch, preferably at AVP level or above.

Strong knowledge of banking operations, credit, and compliance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze financial data and strategize for business growth.


?? Position: Credit Operations Officer (Grade OO / OOG)

Reports to: Credit Manager / Operations Head

Job Description:

The Credit Operations Officer will be responsible for processing and monitoring credit disbursements, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and supporting credit administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end credit documentation and loan disbursement as per approved terms.

Ensure timely processing of payments, recoveries, and settlement of credit facilities.

Maintain accurate records and correspondence related to credit and court matters.

Identify and report operational risks or anomalies promptly.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit compliance.

Prepare monthly and quarterly credit-related reports and statements.

Ensure adherence to banking laws, regulations, and SOPs within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

Experience in credit operations or loan administration is preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Knowledge of banking systems and regulatory frameworks.
