## JOB OPPORTUNITY: RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – SME (OG-II)

In line with this strategy, the Bank is seeking highly motivated, confident, and career-oriented individuals for the role of Relationship Manager - SME (OG-II) within the Inclusive Development group.

  • Abbottabad, Bannu, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hyderabad, Jhang, Jhelum, Karachi, Larkana, Mianwali, Mirpurkhas, Multan, Peshawar, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Sukkur, Swat, Vehari.


### ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Criteria Requirement
Education & Qualification

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University/College/Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

 

Preferred: Master's degree in business and/or professional certifications such as AIBP / JAIBP.

Age Limit Maximum 28 years (as of the last date of application submission).
Experience • Minimum 01 year of banking experience in Sales and/or Relationship Management.

### OUTLINE OF MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and acquire new SME clients to grow the Bank's SME lending portfolio.

  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Promote the Bank's financing products, including working capital, trade finance, and term loans.

Relationship & Portfolio Management

  • Manage and enhance existing client relationships to ensure portfolio retention and growth.

  • Conduct periodic client visits and provide regular updates on portfolio performance.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client service.

  • Achieve financial and non-financial targets, including revenue, portfolio growth, and client satisfaction.

Credit Assessment & Risk Mitigation

  • Analyze financial statements and business models of SME clients to assess creditworthiness.

  • Structure and recommend appropriate financing solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Prepare comprehensive credit proposals in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Ensure credit facilities are approved within the Bank's risk appetite.

  • Monitor accounts for early warning signals and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.

Compliance & Strategy

  • Maintain strict compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Contribute to the Bank's overall strategy by meeting designated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Perform any other assignments as directed by supervisor(s).


### OTHER KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES

  • Credit & Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Credit Lending, SME Financing, Trade Finance, and SBP Prudential Regulations.

  • Local Market Awareness: Good geographical knowledge of the assigned area and surrounding business dynamics.

  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, customer relationship management, and sales-oriented skills.

  • Task Management: Ability to prioritize work effectively, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict targets.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Selection Process

### IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Employment Type: Contractual basis for 03 years, renewable at the discretion of Management.

  • Transfer Restriction: Selected candidates must serve at their initial place of posting for a minimum period of three years. No transfer requests will be entertained during this period.
