In line with this strategy, the Bank is seeking highly motivated, confident, and career-oriented individuals for the role of Relationship Manager - SME (OG-II) within the Inclusive Development group.

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University/College/Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. • Preferred: Master's degree in business and/or professional certifications such as AIBP / JAIBP. |

Identify and acquire new SME clients to grow the Bank's SME lending portfolio.
Develop and execute client acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Promote the Bank's financing products, including working capital, trade finance, and term loans.
Manage and enhance existing client relationships to ensure portfolio retention and growth.
Conduct periodic client visits and provide regular updates on portfolio performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client service.
Achieve financial and non-financial targets, including revenue, portfolio growth, and client satisfaction.
Analyze financial statements and business models of SME clients to assess creditworthiness.
Structure and recommend appropriate financing solutions tailored to client needs.
Prepare comprehensive credit proposals in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure credit facilities are approved within the Bank's risk appetite.
Monitor accounts for early warning signals and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
Maintain strict compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the Bank's overall strategy by meeting designated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Perform any other assignments as directed by supervisor(s).
Credit & Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Credit Lending, SME Financing, Trade Finance, and SBP Prudential Regulations.
Local Market Awareness: Good geographical knowledge of the assigned area and surrounding business dynamics.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, customer relationship management, and sales-oriented skills.
Task Management: Ability to prioritize work effectively, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict targets.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Employment Type: Contractual basis for 03 years, renewable at the discretion of Management.
