Institutional Overview

Position 1: Unit Head - Admin & Expense Management (AVP)

  • Reporting To: Wing Head Administration

  • Place of Posting: Karachi

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institution recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Candidates holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree will be preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum work experience required (text partially obscured), of which at least 2 years of experience must be in Budgeting and/or Expense Management. Candidates with experience in large-scale organizations or renowned training institutions will be preferred.

  • Other Skills/Expertise: Good understanding of learning and event coordination. Up-to-date knowledge of prevailing trends. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities

  • Check and process Monthly Statements of Training Expenses (MESTE) claims from various regional staff colleges.

  • Verify the reimbursement of expenses received from staff colleges.

  • Prepare the budget sheet of expenses for payments and draft necessary documentation.

  • Assist internal and external auditors by providing required information from relevant books, vouchers, and data.

  • Process and follow up on all related administrative matters of the Division's staff.

  • Supervise, maintain, and process records for outsourced resources, janitorial staff, and guards of the facility.

  • Maintain leave records of the Division's executives and officers.

  • Safe-keep and maintain all physical and digital document correspondences of all colleges to Head Office when required.

  • Perform any other assignments assigned by the Wing Head Administration.

Position 2: Regional HR Business Partner (OG-I / AVP)

  • Reporting To: Relevant HR Management / Regional Executives

  • Place of Posting: D.G. Khan

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institution recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Candidates holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public/Business Administration will be preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 2.5 years of work experience with at least 2 years specifically in Human Resources.

  • Other Skills/Expertise: Good understanding of Human Resource practices and processes. Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy. Good MS Office skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an HRBP in the implementation of HR policies, including overseeing and executing Development Programs (ODP) to train and develop employees.

  • Manage regional staff matters including, but not limited to, transfers, postings, and alignment with management approvals.

  • Supervise the processing and sanctioning of TA/DA and other related benefits for employees in the region.

  • Oversee the processing of entire service benefits, including terminal benefits claims for retired, deceased, or resigned employees, and ensure timely disbursement of pending dues.

  • Supervise staff complaints, disciplinary actions, and litigation cases in line with bank policies. Follow up on all pending cases.

  • Provide support to Head Office in the implementation of the Bank's Code of Conduct and HR policies related to leaves, dress code, and other behavioral guidelines to ensure discipline.

  • Oversee and maintain records of leaves, transfers, postings, and promotions.

  • Maintain and update hard and soft data sets and share them with different quarters as needed.

  • Perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor.

Position 3: Assistant Manager - Performance Management (OG-II / OG-I)

  • Reporting To: Wing Head - Performance & Rewards

  • Place of Posting: Karachi

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institution recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Candidates holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public/Business Administration will be preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 2.0 years of experience in Performance Management and/or Compensation and Rewards.

  • Other Skills/Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Functional knowledge of SAP HCM module is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and maintain the Bank's end-to-end performance management framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines.

  • Partner with HRBPs and concerned stakeholders to streamline annual performance appraisals and data aggregation for informed decision-making.

  • Manage and implement performance management policies by coordinating with multiple departments.

  • Provide platforms and execute performance improvement mechanisms for all stakeholders, including the identification of potential gaps.

  • Ensure proper record management and digitize records including forms, summary sheets, and evaluation data.

  • Provide necessary records, forms, facts, and any other performance-related information requested by the Legal Division or Legal Compliance Division for court/disciplinary cases.

  • Coordinate other matters pertaining to performance management frameworks with necessary departments.

  • Perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor.
