National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), the largest financial institution in the country, is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to support its strategic growth and ensure the financial well-being of the nation. The positions are focused on IT, digital banking, and back-office operations.
Reporting To: Senior Management
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent
Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science preferred
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital/alternate banking channels
Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on experience in core banking, mobile banking, ATM, and other digital banking platforms
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, encryption, and regulatory compliance
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement the ADC strategy across ATMs, mobile, and POS platforms
Oversee cross-functional teams to enhance digital banking operations
Strengthen cybersecurity measures and ensure regulatory compliance
Manage business continuity planning for ADC channels
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and operational efficiency
Perform any other assignments as required by management
Reporting To: Wing Head – Back Office Operations
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
Master’s degree preferred
Experience:
Several years of experience in IT operations and technical support
Skills & Competencies:
Expertise in providing technical and operational support for IT applications
Ability to act as a bridge between business operations and IT teams
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of SOPs and back-office operational procedures
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational support and ensure smooth back-office IT operations
Develop and maintain SOPs for application support
Ensure timely incident resolution and coordination with internal teams
Support targets and duties as assigned
Reporting To: Unit Head – Back Office Operations
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
Master’s degree preferred
Degrees must be recognized by HEC
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant IT experience
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to provide technical and operational support for IT applications
Analyze system issues and root causes
Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth application operations
Troubleshoot operational and technical issues
Maintain regular updates and participate in project initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
Support business applications and ensure operational continuity
Monitor and resolve incidents in coordination with internal and external teams
Provide regular reports and updates
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
