HEC Invites Applications For Interim Placement For Fresh PhDs (IPFP)

The higher education commission of Pakistan has invited applications for interim placement for fresh PhDs (IPFP). The candidates of the various disciplines can avail this opportunity to get better exposure to their affiliated fields. The program is basically launched to provide academic and practical experience to the candidates so that they can excel in their affiliated fields. 

Eligibility Criteria

• Pakistani and AJK nationality holders can apply. 
• The age limit for the candidates is 40 years. 
• The candidate should have a Ph.D. degree from the HEC recognized institute or foreign university.
• The candidates must not be employed. Those holding irregular or contractual positions may apply.

Application Procedure

• The candidates can apply through the online web portal of the HEC.
• Along with the application form, the candidates must upload the HEC attested Ph.D. degrees and the equivalence certificate. 
• The application processing fee is Rs. 3000/- that is non-refundable and can be submitted to Habib bank limited. 
• The candidates have to submit the hard copy of the application form, required documents, and original paid challan at the mentioned address. 
• The candidates have to appear in the mandatory test that will be conducted on 13th April 2021. 
• The candidates should have a minimum score of the 50% in the pre-assessment test and attend the one-month mandatory online NFDP program followed by the evaluation test.
• Successful completion of the NFDP program is compulsory for qualified candidates. 
• The candidates are notified that the previously submitted application forms will not be considered and the candidates are required to apply again. 
• In the case of any misinterpretation, HEC reserves the right to reject the application form at any stage.

The last date to apply for the interim placement for fresh PhDs is 18 March 2021. The candidates are notified to apply before the application deadline.
