Revised dates for matric and intermediate exam scheduled previously but postponed because of the escalation in the Pakistan-India tension have been announced by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore.
In its latest notice, BISE Lahore has approved that practical exam for Matric students (due May 7) in science group with the subjects Biology, Computer Science and Food & Nutritions will now be conducted on May 17.
Similarly, the practical exams slated May 9- Biology, Computer Science, Arts entered rescheduled date on May 24.
At the intermediate level, an exam, Tarjuma-tul-Quran paper, which was scheduled for 9 May will now be held on 31 May.
At the same time, the delayed Islamiyat and Accounting exam taken on May 7th has been pushed back to June 16.
Lahore Board’s Controller of Examination explained there will be no new distribution of roll number slips. Students are directed to use the same slips for the reviewed dates.
The board also insisted that all the exams will be conducted at the same centers they were first placed and students have to adhere to the revised schedule.
