There will be no classes at public and private colleges in Punjab from May 28 to August 14, as the department has announced summer holidays.
According to the official document, the remaining period is a holiday and classes will resume starting Friday, August 15, 2025.
Despite this, summer breaks will not affect the usual 4-year programs. These courses will follow the academic calendar sent by their universities.
It confirmed that all programs and tests scheduled for April were to proceed as planned. This refers to the exams that universities and boards in Punjab host.
Those attending BS degree programs are recommended to follow their classes’ schedules closely, as they are not usually given as much time off as regular college students.
This is being done by the province to handle summer activities at schools and to not disrupt degree courses or exams.
