"Leadership" What a leader is capable of!

A Leader .The one who leads in hard times, Elaborates different tasks, Assesses resources, Does what he says, Enhances his capabilities with the time period and after all Rules. The qualities and willing power of a Leader could not be estimated, consequently he is a Creator of new qualities that are sometimes temporary but permanent as well inside him, He is truly God gifted. In my perspective the characteristics of a Leader are uncountable: “I will say that i also own few of them but not the rest of those”.

We have heard many of the prominent and famous leaders of the world that have somehow made their names in many ways i-e; Military and in Civil aspect, Social and unsocial aspect and in the aspect of problematic and solution to certain problems etc. But some of them should not be called Leaders although there are some Leaders who tried to make the World as peaceful as Paradise but some have ruined it. I would very personally say that: “Leaders are always emerged or Born they are not Made;” as well as they are very determined and never ever puppet like. As i mentioned in the above paragraph that i have few qualities of a very true Leader which i never knew in the beginning that i have these guts and what i am capable of, “Just Believe Me”.

Once i practiced it in my university when i was not satisfied from the teaching methodology of some of the lecturers and wanted to complain against them and somehow convinced my class mates to save our Future, they were afraid if the higher authorities are informed we all will be ruined but i encouraged them and we were succeeded. So the first thing is confidence and team work if you have confidence and idea that is in both the Leader and its followers’ favor it should be given a chance like i did. Because the followers or people who have trust and believe on you have great expectations from you they could not be left alone that’s why a true Leader will never ever take a solo step but as a Team. A Leader will always be right he will face some bad experiences too but he will have a choice to make it best. He will point out common problems of a group, society and a State. A common problem needs to be solved out as soon as possible and everyone tries to have a better solution to it a true Leader could not solve out these problems for his own sake or taking the credit of its solution alone but he would get the very true and a long term plan to these problems while including many brains as a team. I have supposed to be a successful Leader in just two aspects; A Leader will always think in miles instead of kilometers. He will leave behind a courageous history.
