The Cambridge International AS and A Level examinations are conducted twice a year, in June and November, while Edexcel examinations are held in January and May/June.
The datesheet and timetable are crucial for students, as exams must be taken strictly according to the specified session, date, and time. Students who miss an exam are not allowed to re-sit it as a replacement and will be awarded a āUā grade. To attempt the exam again, they must go through the entire registration process for the next session.
Examinations are primarily conducted in the following two sessions:
A level plans to start a new session called the Evening session EV now. There is one Key Time for the morning (AM) session and a second Key Time(PM) for the afternoon session. The EV Key Time is four hours after your afternoon (PM) Key Time. It is advised for students to download the timtable and datesheet for their administrative zone. Pakistan has been alloted administrative zone 4. The dates and sessions are also stated on the statement of entry which the students receive for entry in examination centre. It can be used as a check for exam dates and sessions.
