PPSC lists official PMS past papers on its Downloads page under "PMS SYLLABUS / PAST PAPERS": ppsc.gop.pk/Downloads.aspx. The exam has six compulsory papers and three optional subjects, so practise each paper in its own format. The General Knowledge paper is objective MCQs with negative marking of 0.25 per wrong answer.
Start at the source. PPSC's Downloads page carries a PMS section with four items: the compulsory outline, the optional outline, the optional subject groups and PMS Past Papers. Open PPSC Downloads.
Unofficial uploads of PMS papers are everywhere, and quality varies. Check a paper's year, subject and question count against what PPSC publishes before you trust an answer key.
Past papers make sense once you know which exam they come from. These cycles are confirmed by PPSC date sheets and schedules.

Until those are added, practise like this. The MCQ paper carries negative marking of 0.25 per wrong answer, so guessing blindly costs marks. Attempt a full set in two hours, mark it with the key you trust, and sort your errors into two piles: facts you didn't know, and questions you misread.
Learn the format first. Open one paper per subject and read it like an examiner, not a student.
Time yourself. Write the English Essay and the précis against the clock. Speed in the written papers is a real skill.
Revise by pattern. Past papers show which topics recur, but a topic that appeared last cycle is not guaranteed again.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa runs its own PMS through KPPSC. Its official past papers page lists PMS papers for several years: kppsc.gov.pk/past_papers. This page covers Punjab PMS only.
