Estimated Fee structure for private and regular candidates of different universities are given below, each university has a right to change the fee structure as per institution policy:

| For regular students | 15,000 - 20,000 PKR / annum |
| For private students | 5,000 - 6,000 PKR / annum. |
UNIVERSITY OF THE KARACHI
| For regular students | 10,000 – 15,000 PKR / semester. |
| For private students | 4,000 - 6,000 PKR / annum. |
UNIVERSITY OF THE SARGODHA
| For regular students | 15,000 – 18,000 PKR / semester |
| For private students | 3,000 – 5,000 PKR / annum. |
BAHAUDDIN ZAKARIYA UNIVERSITY

| For private students | 5,000 – 9,000 PKR / annum. |
