What is the duration of M.A Islamiat program for regular students?

Duration of M.A islamiat program for regular students is 2 years. Some universities offer two year semester program i.e. Four semesters while others offer it in annual system.

What is the duration of M.A Islamiat program if I apply as a private candidate?

If as a private candidate you apply for composite program then duration is one year otherwise it is two year degree program.

What is the eligibility criteria for M.A Islamiat course?

To apply for Government universities one should have secured at least 45% marks in B.A annual examination.

What are the documents required at the time of admission?

Documents required at the time of admission are:

  • Result cards of previous academic degrees i.e. matriculation, intermediate and graduation.
  • Passport size photographs
  • Your CNIC and father’s CNIC
  • Migration certificate (if not registered with concerned institute)
  • Copy of Bank challan form.

Which mode of study is more expensive regular or private?

Regular degree is slightly more expensive as compared to private degree but one should prefer to study as a regular student because it will enhance your learning abilities.

What are the career opportunities after acquiring master’s degree in Islamiat?

One can pursue his career in various institutions after acquiring master’s degree in islamiat such as, Jobs in Educational and research institutes in Pakistan and abroad, Civil Service or Jobs such as Religious officers, Khatibs etc. in the Armed forces.
