Minimum: Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Administration and/or Logistics.
Minimum 03 years of work experience in managing administrative tasks, preferably within the banking sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency in computer applications (specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word).
Ability to maintain clear, professional communication with all stakeholders to ensure compliance and zero miscommunication.
Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule and manage calendars, meetings, and communications for Senior Management.
Documentation: Prepare and review reports, presentations, correspondence, and official documents.
Filing & Data Tracking: Maintain organized filing systems, trackers, dashboards, and Management Information System (MIS) data.
MIS Support: Handle data collection, validation, system coordination, and reporting.
Process Optimization: Automate and streamline reporting using Excel and specialized MIS tools.
Reporting: Generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Additional Tasks: Perform any other assignments delegated by the supervisor(s).
