The National Bank of Pakistan is seeking a talented, dedicated, and experienced professional for its Corporate & Investment Banking division based in Multan.

Position / Job Title Coordinator to Regional Corporate Head (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting To Regional Corporate Head
Employment Type 3-Year Contract (Renewable at Management's discretion)
Location Multan, Pakistan
Compensation Competitive package and benefits as per Bank's Policy

## Eligibility Criteria

Educational & Professional Qualification

  • Minimum: Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Administration and/or Logistics.

Experience

  • Minimum 03 years of work experience in managing administrative tasks, preferably within the banking sector.

Skills, Expertise & Knowledge

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High proficiency in computer applications (specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word).

  • Ability to maintain clear, professional communication with all stakeholders to ensure compliance and zero miscommunication.


## Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule and manage calendars, meetings, and communications for Senior Management.

  • Documentation: Prepare and review reports, presentations, correspondence, and official documents.

  • Filing & Data Tracking: Maintain organized filing systems, trackers, dashboards, and Management Information System (MIS) data.

  • MIS Support: Handle data collection, validation, system coordination, and reporting.

  • Process Optimization: Automate and streamline reporting using Excel and specialized MIS tools.

  • Reporting: Generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other assignments delegated by the supervisor(s).
