Situation Vacant
The Ministry of Climate Change is inviting applications from Pakistani nationals for the following positions, which are purely on a contract basis, as part of the capacity strengthening initiative.
1. Project Manager (PPS-11)
Qualification & Experience:
- A higher degree (PhD) in relevant disciplines from a reputable foreign university will be given preference.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience is required, especially working with UN systems or international organizations.
- Expertise in capacity development projects related to climate change and environmental policies.
2. Project Support Officer (PPS-10)
Qualification & Experience:
- A degree (minimum MS or equivalent) in Environmental Engineering, Climate Change, International Development, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in technical project management, with a focus on climate change adaptation, environmental sustainability, and policy processes.
- Experience in the preparation of technical documents and reports related to environmental projects.
- Familiarity with financial management, resource mobilization, and stakeholder engagement is highly desired.
General Conditions:
