Tax Consultancy Services Required

Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC)
The PM&DC, a corporate body established under the PM&DC Act 2022, seeks to engage the services of a Category A Chartered Accountant Firm to manage its taxation matters. The hiring process will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules.

Request for Proposal (RFP) Details

  • Availability:
    RFP documents can be collected from the Finance Department of PM&DC during office hours:

    • Days: Monday to Friday
    • Time: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
    • Fee: Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable)

  • Submission Requirements:
    Eligible firms are required to submit their Technical and Financial Bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked as:
    “Proposal for Tax Consultancy Services (Reforms)”

  • Submission Method:
    Bids can be submitted either by hand or through courier to the address provided below.

  • Deadline for Submission:

    • Date: December 6, 2024
    • Time: By 11:00 AM

  • Technical Bid Opening:

    • Date: December 6, 2024
    • Time: 11:30 AM
    • Venue: PM&DC Office
      The bid opening session will take place in the presence of participating bidders.
