CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for appointment to the following position on a purely merit basis:

Position Details

1. Director (Medical Education) – SPS-11

  • Maximum Age: 50 Years
  • Minimum Qualification:
    • MBBS/BDS (or equivalent qualification) recognized and registered by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC)
    • MHPE (Master in Health Professions Education) or equivalent qualification is mandatory
    • Preference will be given to candidates holding a Ph.D. in Medical Education recognized by PM&DC
  • Experience Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Medical Education for candidates with a Ph.D.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of Medical Education for candidates with MHPE

Terms & Conditions

  1. The appointment will initially be made on a one-year contract, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
  2. Applicants must be citizens of Pakistan. Candidates who have previously applied must apply again.
  3. Applications must include:
    • Two (02) recent passport-size photographs
    • One set of attested copies of credentials/documents
    • A brief Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    • All documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope
  4. Clearly mention the name of the post on the top right corner of the envelope.
  5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  6. Age relaxation will be granted as per PM&DC policy, depending on qualifications and experience.
  7. Candidates currently working in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel.
  8. The decision of the appointing authority regarding shortlisting and selection shall be final and non-questionable.
  9. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
  10. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process at any stage.
  11. The last date for submission of applications is within 30 days from the publication of this advertisement.
