PMDC is offering two Management Trainee positions, one in each of the following disciplines:

1. Management Trainee (Sales & Marketing) — 01 Post

  • Required Qualification: MBA/BBA (Marketing)

2. Management Trainee (Legal) — 01 Post

  • Required Qualification: BA-LLB

  • Minimum Education: 16 years of education

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the programme, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

  1. Nationality: Local or foreign-qualified Pakistan nationals

  2. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) or equivalent in the specified disciplines, from a reputable institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan

  3. Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as of the date of advertisement

  4. Academic Performance: Minimum 3.0 CGPA

  5. Graduation Year: Candidates who graduated in 2025–26, with or without post-qualification experience
