Career Opportunity

Applications are invited from eligible Pakistani candidates for appointment to the following positions on a purely merit basis.

Available Positions

1. Public Relation Officer (SPS-09)

  • Maximum Age: 35 years

  • Minimum Qualification:
    Master’s degree in Mass Communication, International Relations, or an equivalent relevant subject recognized by HEC

  • Experience Required:
    Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in Government, Semi-Government, or an Autonomous Organization

  • Preference:
    Candidates having experience in health-related organizations will be given preference

2. Director Communication (SPS-11)

  • Maximum Age: 45 years

  • Minimum Qualification:
    Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, or Public Relations recognized by HEC

    • Candidates possessing MS / PhD in the relevant discipline will be preferred

  • Experience Required:
    Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • Communications

    • Journalism

    • Public Relations

    • Media Studies

    • International Relations or related fields

  • Additional Skills & Competencies:

    • Proven track record of engagement with national and international media

    • Experience in managing press relations and securing media coverage

    • Demonstrated ability to enhance organizational visibility through social media platforms, websites, and digital campaigns

    • Experience in Government, Autonomous, or Regulatory Organizations will be preferred

Terms & Conditions

  1. Recruitment will initially be made on a one-year contract, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

  2. Applicants must be citizens of Pakistan.

  3. Applications must be submitted along with:

    • Two (02) recent passport-size photographs

    • One set of attested educational and experience documents

    • A brief Curriculum Vitae (CV)
      All documents should be enclosed in a sealed envelope.

  4. The name of the applied post must be clearly mentioned on the top right corner of the envelope.

  5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

  6. Age relaxation will be granted as per PM&DC policy, depending on qualification and experience.

  7. Candidates currently serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel.

  8. The decision of the appointing authority regarding shortlisting and appointment shall be final and non-questionable.

  9. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

  10. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
