The Directorate General of Special Education Punjab, Lahore, invites applications for recruitment on a three-year contract basis in institutions under the Department of Special Education.

Educational Qualifications

Basic School Stenographer (BS-13)

  • Number of Positions: 22
  • Qualifications:
    • Graduation from a recognized university
    • Minimum speed of 100 words per minute in English shorthand and 40 words per minute in computer typing
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Preference will be given to candidates with Urdu shorthand skills

Braille Teacher (BS-14)

  • Number of Positions: Not specified
  • Qualifications:
    • Graduation or equivalent education from an HEC-recognized university
    • Braille proficiency certificate issued by the Directorate General of Special Education Punjab
    • Computer literacy

Tailoring Instructor (BS-14)

General Conditions

  1. Recruitment will be as per Punjab Government’s contract policy of 2000 and recruitment policy guidelines.
  2. Only domiciled residents of Punjab are eligible.
