1. Organization Overview

Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination (MoCC&EC) — Government of Pakistan — invites applications from Pakistani Nationals to fill the following position under the PSDP Project "Strengthening Technical Capacities of Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination (STC-MoCC&EC)".

Eligibility Criteria — Qualification & Experience

  • Qualification: Master's or Bachelor's (Hons) in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Media Studies, Multimedia Arts, Public Relations, Journalism, or MBA (Marketing/Communications)

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing institutional or campaign-level social media platforms

  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in Meta Business Suite, Twitter/X tools, Buffer, Canva, and analytics platforms

  • Skills: Strong writing and visual storytelling instincts with fluency in English and Urdu

  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital advocacy, community engagement, and climate communication trends
